Researcher

PRI is recruiting a Researcher, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Source and identify new business opportunities and clients in the current market through cold calling, emailing, personal meetings, etc
• Follow up leads pertaining to new vacancies through newspaper, advertising, word of mouth and other media
• Independently you will write and post job advertisements for the consultants, and if necessary assist them with reviewing applicants
• Network building, maintaining strong rapport and relationships with candidates are also essential to succeed in this role
• A pro-active attitude with an abundance of confidence both in person and on the telephone; and being able to speak to people and clients from all backgrounds at every scale of the career ladder
• Help consultants search for applicable candidates for various roles
• Set up meetings for consultants with clients

Requisites

• Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Must be able to pick up things quickly and be an \'out the box\' thinker
• Must be computer literate
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to cope with pressure
• Be able to deal with various tasks at once
• Have good organisational and administrative skills
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be ambitious and look to step up to a consultant in as quick a time as possible
