Heading is recruiting for its client a Route to Market Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- The incumbent will be responsible to Develop and manage close relationships with current and new distribution partners to jointly develop effective and efficient RTM and Ensure compliance with the company Distribution Standards
- Lead the development and implementation of new RTM in line with OpCo distribution strategy
- Develop and implement distribution structures and systems that are effective and efficient to meet business objectives (Route to Market Optimisation)
- Oversee the management and coordination of RTM transition to new partners
- Execute skills development programmes across the sales team (own and distributor)
- Ensure all data collected reliable and in full to facilitated decision making process
- To support the Sales Director through providing recommendations for volume growth initiatives
Requisites
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Fluency in Microsoft package
- Sales and Logistic experience (Will be an advantage)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
