PRI is recruiting a Sales Manager, to be based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
Duties
- Look after regular clients and key accounts, as well as acquiring new clients
- Design and implement strategic business plans that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Must be capable of selling a concept, pricing and submitting to the client, as well as calculate and negotiate prices and conditions
- Maintain reports and generate numbers for the company to determine if sales goals have been met
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
- Direct distribution of the products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to travel to different locations
Requisites
- Computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Significant network of contacts on the ground in engineering or mining circle in Mozambique
- Must be a self-starter, passionate about his work, loyal to his company and ambitious
- A basic Engineering background to understand the technology will be a significant advantage
- Able and willing to travel all week every week
- Great work ethic and able to work alone
