Capital Outsourcing is hiring a Sales Manager (m/f) for Maputo.
Duties
- Develop plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Maintains sales staff results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising results
- Prepares action plans for individual reps to effectively prospect for new business
- Conduct daily one-on-one reviews with all sales reps to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the sales reps performance
- Control and plan daily call sheets for effective coverage of current and future clients
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of sales staff
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Assists sales reps in preparation of proposals and presentations to clients
- Explore tele-sales and tender opportunities
- Initiates and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets
- Assist office manager on a weekly basis with debtors control
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Insures that all sales reps meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
- Sets examples for sales reps in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
- Conducts regular coaching and counseling with sales reps to build motivation and selling skills
- Where necessary maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Insures that all sales reps meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
- Sets examples for sales reps in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
