SGB-Cape Mozambique is recruiting a Sales Representative (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Support the implementation of marketing plans from the company, as needed
- Attract clients for products and services from SGB-Cape
- Manage and develop customer relationships and referrals
- Keep strict record of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, completed sales, and follow-up activities to maximize sales data potential in the whole country
- Prepare sales reports for management
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Develop and implement sales activities to increase the client base and acquire prospective clients
- Propose activities and action plans to promote business development
- Ensure the sales and promotion of services and brand awareness in the target sectors
- Establish frequent contact with clients and do follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Optimize service availability and ensure that all sales are done according to the FIFO principle
- Identify the needs of clients (Access Scaffolding, Thermal Insulation and Cladding, Rope Access, QuikDeck, Industrial Corrosion Protection, Asbestos Removal, Plastic Encapsulation)
- Frequent interaction with stakeholders identified by managers and collaborators in order to execute new sales opportunities
- Develop other tasks inherent to the position
Requisites
- Sound knowledge and proven background in Scaffolding services, Insulation and Fabric Maintenance supply services
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or other related areas
- Training courses on Sales, Communication, or Marketing
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
- At least 2 years of experience in similar areas
- Previous experience in B2B sales positions
- Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Portuguese and English
- Capacity to lead sales teams and great interpersonal skills
- Experience with IT (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel e PowerPoint)
- Great networking skills and strong understanding of market and client dynamics in the Mozambican market
- Proven track record of in reaching sales targets (result oriented)
- Capacity to work under pressure and time restrictions
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Strong problem solving skills e persuasive personality
- Professional presentation and ability to represent the company well in public
- Drivers license
