Heading Moçambique is searching for a Secretary and Technical Clerk, to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.
Duties
- With the main responsibility of caring out secretary and technical clerk services, assisting project team office work and dealing with travel agencies and service contractor and organizing onshore/offshore rosters
- Identifying and archiving documentation, issuing daily reports for Line Manager, dealing with travel agencies to enable project team business trips and assisting line manager
Requisites
- Minimum of grade 12 completed
- 3 years of experience as Secretary and Clerk in an O&G Project (offshore is preferred)
- Good knowledge of document control systems and archiving methodologies
- English fluently written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC Management Systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
