Aldelia is recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Conduct market research on sectors with great potential for InTouch activities and products
- Develop cases for prospects
- Participate in the development and implementation of business models
- Drive competitive intelligence
- Support the customization of our products offerings and marketing
- Follow up on the profitability of the assigned customers and ensure that the right value levers exist for their revenue growth
- Hire Structured Networks and Retail Brands that meet the Management objectives
- Identify operator partners, wholesalers and other operators likely to join GU
- Participate to the implementation of the Partners, Customers and Partner; Networks promotional activities in line with the Country and Sales Management strategy
- Take part to the networking events and activities aimed at supporting the development of the business activity
- Make relevant recommendations based on partners' needs
- Establish long-term relationships with partners
- Develop an active market intelligence program (competitors, advertisers, product innovation)
- Ensure regular follow-up of the sales opportunities of his/her teams and take the lead if necessary
- Support Business Developers and Partnership & Services teams with tailored commercial offers
Requisites
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing (Master or Post-Graduate is desirable)
- 7 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in reporting tools
- Commercial mindset
- Good knowledge of financial services and/or bank and Fintech industry
- Good knowledge of distribution networks
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (French is desirable)
