GlobalTrack Moçambique is hiring a Senior Installer to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Sustainable installations resulting in no callbacks
- Respond immediately to service needs as assigned for timely repairs or replacement of equipment, maximum of 24 hour turnaround time
- 70% rate of satisfaction with training from trainees and less than 10% failure rate on certification
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Ensure all routine maintenance is completed timely and any problems with vehicle are immediately reported to manager
- Come up with 3 innovative ideas every month on how to improve own work
- Get a full and practical understanding of Global Track’s workflows, product and service range after the training period
- Show total understanding of company values by living and breathing the values on a daily basis
Requisites
- Strong working knowledge of basic hand tools & vehicle electronics
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in fitting Car Sound Alarm or working in Electrical/Tracking / Fleet management industry
- Computer literacy (Running troubleshooting software & hardware)
- Valid Driver’s License & excellent driving record
- Must be a Mozambican national
- Must speak/write fluent Portuguese, English, Changane/Ronga a plus
