Senior Trade Marketing Analyst

Duties

• The porpose of the Job is to: Ensure financial rigor, governance and controls are in place and provide commercial challenge and support to aid decision-making
• Evaluate all key commercial decisions and make recommendations on proposed action
• Co-ordinate of all key financial and forecasting assumptions and provide consolidated view of sector performance. Support the Sales/Trading Directors and their teams to deliver the Commercial and Financial targets at customer level to achieve Top Line Growth
• Robust Governance:
• Financial Control
• To ensure that a robust control environment exists within the Off Trade channels or Distributors, key account on Trade ensuring the integrity of accounting records and financial information for all the customers in that channel
• Support the Off Trade/On Trade/SP&B Controllers to deliver the Functional P&L in channel:
• Manage the adoption of a common format, language and performance drivers within the Sales Teams
• Drive Greater Value from Customers:
• Commercial Policy & Review Process Ensure a rigorous control & review process is in place within the channel that ensures commercial policy objectives are adhered to
• Cash Management
• Improve Commercial Effectiveness to deliver Top Line Growth:
• Reporting, Analysis and Insight
• Lead and promote a thorough understanding of customer and channel financial performance by providing insightful customer/channel analysis that leads to action
• Performance Review & Forecasting
• Budgeting & Planning

Requisites

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related
• Fluency in Microsoft package Profound knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Minimum 8 years of experience is required in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG
• Sales and Marketing experience, language/business courses and voluntary work
