Motorcare is recruiting a Service Advisor (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Obtain and verify the key customer/vehicle information when taking a telephonic appointment
- Communicate with customers in an appropriate manner
- Confirm the purpose of the visit and convenient appointment date and time for the customer
- Provide the estimates of the service charges and the delivery date and time to the customer
- Confirm Appointments for the following day
- Monitor and do follow up calls for customers that fail to bring the vehicles for repairs or service
- Listen carefully and determine the customer's service wants and needs
- Give special attention and high priority to repeat jobs
- Check the actual vehicle with the customer
- Contact and explain the work to be done, the reasons and any changes this work will have on time and cost estimates and ask customer's approval
- Immediately notify technicians and the person in charge of progress control, and the Parts Dept. following the customer approval verification
Requisites
- Associate degree in Administration and Management
- Two years of experience in customer service
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and work independently
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communications skills, including written, verbal and presentations
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Age between 23-30 years old

- Express clearly opinions, information and keys points of the services
- Respond quickly to customer needs
- Transmit an image of credibility
