Description
- LOT 1: Inventory Management System
- LOT 2: Payroll Management System (Required for payment of casual labourers)
- LOT 3: Payment Disbursement Platform
Duties
LOT 1: Inventory Management System
- Should be offered as SaaS (Software as a Service)
- Should be able to track receipt and issue of materials at different storage facilities
- Should have a User Interface available via internet and offline, on computers as well as on mobile phone
- Should be able to operate on low internet bandwidth
- Should be able to support multiple users with different access rights
- Should be able to produce real-time summarised/consolidated reports
LOT 2: Payroll Management System (Required for payment of casual labourers)
- Should capture the Name, ID Number, Photo of ID, Contact Details and Location of the Wage earner
- Should record all payments made to each individual wage earner and how the funds were paid (Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, Cash or E-Voucher)
- Should generate reports
- Should be offered as SaaS (Software as a Service)
- Service provider should guarantee protection of personal data of wage earners
LOT 3: Payment Disbursement Platform
- Should be a Financial Service Provider (i.e. Telecommunications Company with Mobil Money Transfer Capability, Bank, Micro-Finance Institution or Payment Aggregator)
- Should have the capacity to provide financial services quickly, safely and comfortably in remote rural communities in Nampula and Zambezia Province

- Bids will be received up to Monday, 06th June 2022 Hrs 1200 (GMT2+)
- LOT 1 and LOT 2 candidates who successfully go through the initial selection process will be required to demonstrate how their system works before a final decision on the preferred service provider is reached
- LOT 3: Service Providers may be engaged in further discussion after opening of the bids. It is also possible that the Service for a Platform to Pay Funds will be split amongst Bidders based on the submitted Bids and the matching context in Nampula and Zambezia Province
