Site Supervisor

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Site Supervisor, to be based in Balama, Mozambique.

Duties

• Manage safety on site
• Manage and control material on site
• Participate in day to day activity planning
• Ensure quality of installation work
• Manage installation crews on site
• Do daily check sheets and evaluations

Requisites

• Verifiable trade test qualification
• 3 Years experience as site supervisor/foreman on E&I construction sites
• Computer literate Microsoft office
• Must be able to give guidance to all site based personnel as to requirements and systems
• Must be able to motivate and teach people
• Must be able to priorities tasks
• Must be able to work under pressure
