Software Project Manager (m/f)

Duties

• Coordinates all project-specific software development tasks
• Collaborates closely with project leader, software team leaders, solution and software architects; Participates in requirement analysis process
• Supervises project-specific solution enhancements, adaptive development, additional modules, customized modules, GUI customization
• Supervises solution test and solution deployment; Contributes in writing of project-specific documentation
• Utilizes software tools and technologies defined by company policy and according to agreement within software development department
• Leads software projects as an independent process leader
• Collaborates with software development teams and managers
• Manages time and resources for required project-related tasks
• Provides project and customer support on site by business traveling worldwide, presenting and explaining technical solutions to the customer and project teams
• Gathers customer feedback to interpret and improve software solutions
• Reports to management on activities and status of work for software projects
• Complies with all company regulations like labor protection law, ISO9000, ISO27001, fire protection, safety at work and health protection
• Performs other tasks as ordered by management of the company

Requisites

• Degree in the field of Applied Computer Science or Pratical Experience, master's degree is an advantage
• Proven professional experience as a Digital Project Manager Familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS
• Solid technical background and ability to troubleshoot accessibility and compatibility issues
• Systematic approach, organizational ability and presentation skills, communication, project management, problem solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Self-initiative, flexibility and accuracy
• Willingness to stay away from home and work abroad if required and on occasion
