Specialist CSI LDA Delivery (m/f)

Duties

• Execute LDAs small-scale and standalone community development projects
• Coordinate the implementation the LDAs Strategic Programs liaising with implementation partners
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Supervise and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the communities and all projects stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Requisites

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related area, with professional registration and accreditation from Ordem dos Engenheiros de Moçambique
• Minimum 4 to 6 years relevant experience in social development and sustainability, with strong skills in civil engineering/construction
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, across several geographies
• Digital savviness, fast learning abilities, working under tight deadlines and capacity to undertake several responsibilities at the same time
