Aldelia is recruiting a Specialist CSI LDA Delivery (m/f), to be based in Temane, Mozambique.
Duties
- Execute LDAs small-scale and standalone community development projects
- Coordinate the implementation the LDAs Strategic Programs liaising with implementation partners
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Supervise and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the communities and all projects stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Requisites
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related area, with professional registration and accreditation from Ordem dos Engenheiros de Moçambique
- Minimum 4 to 6 years relevant experience in social development and sustainability, with strong skills in civil engineering/construction
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, across several geographies
- Digital savviness, fast learning abilities, working under tight deadlines and capacity to undertake several responsibilities at the same time
