Stakeholder Dialogue Facilitator Consultant (m/f)

Feed the Future Value Chain is recruiting a Stakeholder Dialogue Facilitator Consultant (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Chimoio, and Nampula, Mozambique.

Duties

• To achieve the above objective(s), the facilitator shall work with FTF Inova to implement each stakeholder dialogue initiative, including the following tasks:
• Consult with FTF Inova to understand the context of each stakeholder dialogue
• Establish desired outcomes and relevant dialogue methodologies aligned to the outcome
• Design a methodology for collating feedback from dialogue participants during and after the event
• Facilitate the stakeholder dialogue
• Submit a feedback report outlining the dialogue activities, outcomes, and recommendations

Requisites

• The consultant must have the following qualifications:
• A minimum of five years’ experience in designing and facilitating collaborative workshops with all levels of stakeholders
• Experience with multicultural environments in a variety of settings
• Knowledge and experience of innovative, leading edge collaborative workshop facilitation principles and methods
• Proven track-record of successful multi-stakeholder facilitation including using interactive group techniques
• Excellent written and oral command of English and Portuguese
• It is preferred that the consultant also have the following qualifications: Relevant experience on issues related to rural agriculture, and market systems development
