Store Manager/ Operational Manager

PRI is recruiting a Store Manager/ Operational Manager, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Maintenance of Franchisor Brand standards
• Provision of expertise and advice in the areas of operational execution and financial
  management
• Supporting of franchisees through formal business planning processes and conducting
  business reviews
• Maintaining proper relations with all Stakeholders
• Supplier management

Requisites

• The Operations Manager will work closely with Franchisees and Management
  team in Mozambique in growing the business and overall brand
• The position requires someone with
  a strong operations management background, with experience preferably in a food retail
  environment or franchising environment
• The position requires hands on management and strong
  negotiation skills as well as stakeholder management skills
• The applicant should have the necessary communication skills and be proficient in both Portuguese
  and English
