Heading is recruiting a Talent Acquision Back Office Assistant, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for both internal (hiring managers & HR) and external (candidates) persons
- Assisting candidates with application support
- Support the Recruiters in processing candidates through hiring and pre-employment process
- Provide pre-employment documents to HR Data Management team
- Assists in creation of reports and tracking of data needed by project and in country leadership regarding Talent Acquisition
- Attend recruiting events to brand TEPMA1 as an employer of choice and increase visibility of the LNG Mozambique
- Respond to inquiries surrounding talent acquisition
- Help in coordination and execution of external recruiting activities such as events or projects
- Ensure MZLNG and Global Onboarding receive necessary data needed for onboarding planning and execution
- Filling of Recruitment documents (Job descriptions, Intake Forms, interview assessment forms, Cvs and more)
- Accountable for ensuring the collection and clearance of pre-employment documentsCommunicate with other Organizational functions to ensure compliance with both internal and external policies
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure the flow of the Recruitment process from beginning to end
- Develop bi-monthly reports to the various departments updating the Hiring Managers on the status of their organizations
- Report and communicate recruiting metrics to monitor the efficiency and time span to fill positions
- Ensure the organization and filing of Recruitment documents
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the execution of Recruitment events
Requisites
- Relevant University Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any related field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a generalist Human Resources, onboarding, recruitment, and project capacity; Proficient computer skills with applications such as MS Office Suite and ability learn new systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Prior recruitment/onboarding experience strongly preferred
- Oil and gas industry experience preferred
- Excellent Administrative skills
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English
- Attention to detail
