Duties
- Perform installations of printers and photocopiers
- Provide on-location printer and photocopier maintenance at customers' premises
Requisites
- Ability to grow and manage a team of technicians, monitor their performance and ensure the best possible service levels to our valuable customers
- Experience in this field of operations
- Good knowledge of how to install devices onto a network, and how to perform all levels of maintenance, from replacing toner, to full high level repairs and maintenance
- Must be able to speak and write Portuguese and English
- Manage the parts and spares required for all operations, and provide weekly and monthly reports on stock levels and issues arising
- The candidate will remotely manage all devices, and ultimately be responsible for dispatching a team member to perform maintenance/repairs at the respective sites, and ensure a high quality of service is achieved
