Description
- The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Telephone Operator
Duties
- Under supervision of the Information Management (IM) Admin Assistant, the Receptionist serves as one of the Embassy’s telephone operators
- Incumbent provides receptionists services that includes greeting and assisting visitors, receiving, and transferring incoming calls, assisting with long distance calls, providing, and updating Embassy’s mission directory, and performing clerical duties
- When warranted, incumbent will assist with answering IMO Help Desk calls and entering MyService tickets
