Welders

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Welders, to be based in Beira, Mozambique.

Duties

• Read and interpret welding blueprints and drawing specifications
• Perform welding services of mobile equipment parts and components, plates, repairing of steel structures, ensuring production continuity and availability
• Execute welding backlogs
• Housekeeping duties of workshop area
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance to all HSEQ regulations and standards during the work and ensure compliance with statutory and other regulations as are required by law
• Review and where necessary suggest changes that will improve the department occupational health, safety, quality and efficiency performance

Requisites

• Relevant trade/qualification in welding or similar skills acquired by experience
• Relevant welding work experience is a must
• Know and understand welding symbols and weld procedures
• Know and understand weld defects and their causes
• Must have experience in the following welding processes: Flux core 2G & 3G; SMAW 2G, 3G, 4G & 6G; GTAW 2 to 6 inch 6G and
  SAW
