Resumo
Inocêncio Gulube has been a Senior Manager since 2011, with over 18 years of work in NGOs where his skills include Program Management and Operations Management with a focus on Procurement and e-procurement, Logistics, Human Resources, Administration and Budget Management. I have experience in project design and management; HR management strategy, especially in the personnel management component; practical knowledge of working with civil society organizations, providing training of CSOs in accountability and Participatory Governance tools, Working within the NGOs, I archived experience working with various donor policies, notably with: EU (European Union), USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GAC (Global Affair Canada) and also acquired great skills in the use of different platforms: SAP, PRIMAVERA, QUICKBOOKS, HRIS, VMIS, BARTRACKS. I also has experience in teaching, having taught for 2 years in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development at Universidade São Tomás de Moçambique
