Resumo
He has more than 19 years of hands-on experience in the Central and Northern regions of Mozambique, working at international development organizations such as ActionAid International, Medical Service Corporation International, SolidarMed (Switzerland), World Education Incorporated and Population Service International. Anselmo worked at Creative Associates International as Senior Community Mobilization Specialist from 2017 to 2020, on a USD75 Million Bilingual Education project funded by USAID. Reached a target of over 4,000 stakeholders as part of the Bilingual Education Campaign, raising awareness for activities in community engagement, including designing, implementing, and monitoring. He also worked at UNICEF with to provide technical assistance to the government (MGCAS, INAS), partners (UN Agencies and Civil Society Organizations) in the implementation and monitoring of shock responsive social protection programmes to support the most vulnerable urban families affected by the COVID19. Currently, he worked at World Bank as Social Development Consultant for the Mozambique Urban Sanitation Project. Anselmo Cipriano enrolled in a master's degree in Social Anthropology at Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo and is fluent in Portuguese, his mother language. He speaks Emakhuwa and Elomwe fluently, as well as intermediate professional English. Anselmo earned a Bachelor of Art’s degree in history teaching at the Pedagogical University in Quelimane, Mozambique, and in Interdisciplinary Studies in Health Management and HIV at the Catholic University in Beira, Mozambique.
