Resumo
As the secretary of a company I understood I was the first point of contact in the company. I made sure I had product and services knowledge which helped market the products to the consumer face to face and telephonically. The ability to control the switchboard and effectively control communication platforms and maintain customer satisfaction. I have different skills that include leadership,decision making,business planning ,critical thinking and problem solving. Data entry skills , project management skills , I am a result oriented individuals who works well both as an individual and in teams. Passionate about Mental Health Advocacy. Experience of helping people around me overcome stressful situations and behaviours. Project management of our family home and renovations of other properties.
