Grievance Data Analyst (m/f)

Duties

• Ensure the effective monitoring of day-to-day case management by upkeeping the Isometrix Grievance database and control the process flow for each assessed case
• Guarantee that all data reported by the Grievance Field Unit is logged into the Isometrix Grievance database in compliance with the stablished timeline and confidentiality SOPs embedded in the company Grievance Procedure
• Tracking progress of actions, commitments, engagements assigned to the responsible people and/or departments associated to the grievances and report non-compliances to the Grievance Coordinator for escalating to the Grievance Committee
• Prepare weekly statical reports in line with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined in the company grievance procedure
• Help interpreting data sets, paying particular attention to grievance trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts
• QA and QC: Filter and “clean” data by reviewing forms, reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct errors and/or omissions
• Create appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that allow internal and external stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Others as deemed necessary by the line manager

Requisites

• Education Degree in Statistics, Geography, Demography, Economics, Computer Science/Information Management or Statistics
• Skills required Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets ( SPSS, SAS, ISOMETRIX, EPinfo)
• Experience 5 years work experience in areas such as M&E, Project Management, Research or Business Data Analyses
• Idiom Fluent in Portuguese and English
