Abattoir Manager (m/f)

Duties

• Responsible for overseeing duties involving livestock of beef
• Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of process and high quality beef
• Responsible for supervising and managing the abattoir floor team
• Responsible for ensuring the overall health, safety and hygiene of all used assets and abattoir area
• Responsible for managing and tracking inventory counts
• Responsible for ensuring maintence schedules of machinery utilized in the abattoir
• Responsible for organizing the safe storage and dispatch of slaughtered animals
• Ensure that meats and abattoir floor meeting governmental regulations

Requisites

• Must be a Mozambican national
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) in Portuguese and English
• Have previous experience in the meat industry
