Accountant (m/f)

Duties

• Financial Accounting
• Quickly, timely and accurate processing of payments
• Ensure proper documentations and authenticity payment back up
• Processing of payment for suppliers
• Ensure payment suppliers are correctly captured
• Filling system
• Accuracy of data in the system and timely tax related returns
• Calculation of related taxes including INSS, IRPS, IRPC, PEC, etc.
• Invoicing and bank reconciliation

Requisites

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or similar
• At least 3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Knowledge of accounting software, QuickBooks knowledge will be an added advantage
• Experience in a security company
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese
