Accountant

Karadeniz Holding is recruiting a Accountant, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
• Preparing reports
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
• Provides information and trends
• Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
• Analyzing Accounting Records
• Accounting professionals are also responsible for developing budgets for the company
• Analyze money being spent on outside services and supplies
• Make cost-cutting recommendations to upper management
• Analyze reports that include income statements and balance sheets

Requisites

• Prior Experience: 2-3 years
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable)
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Experience with accounts
• Good verbal Communication
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Able to work with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and power point
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
