Accounts Payable Manager

Duties

• Invoice management:
• Receive and manage invoice deliver from supplier
• Prepare supporting document to process the payments
• Organize, scan and upload the invoice in system
• Review and check for invoice to make sure invoice is correct
• Payment status confirm, communicate and reconciliation with suppliers
• Cash plan management:
• Collect each department’s payment plan and enact cash plan
• Monitor the payment process and ensure the cash plan can be pay timely and accurately executed
• Provide report for payment status

Requisites

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred. Associates Degree accepted with 5 years of experience
• More than 3 years of experience
• Previous experience working with ERP/SAP
• English level - Intermediate
• Previous experience working in Multinational Companies - considered an advantage
