RICOH is recruiting a Admin / Accounting Clerk, to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Track Debtor & Creditor accounts including account followup through phone calls and emails which includes weekly reporting
- Coding, organizing and sending weekly invoices and petty cash
- Ensuring forms are available and updated as needed
- Assist with documentation and data entry
- Provide operations staff up-to-the-minute information regarding specific aging accounts or new paperwork
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Regular, consistent attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
Requisites
- Pro-active with a sense of urgency and Self-motivated
- Tenacious and driven
- Attentive to detail/ accuracy
- Ability to cope in a pressurized environment
- Problem solving, Lateral thinker
- Administrative Skills are essential
- Knowledge of accounting (Debtors and Creditors) essential
- Own dependable transport will be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in both English & Portuguese
- 12th grade
