Aldelia is recruiting an Administration Assistant (m/f), to be based in Beira, Mozambique.
Duties
- Report to work regularly and punctually
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Attend meetings to record minutes
- Fuel Processing on X3 ,Data compilation e daily report of fuel
- File and retrieve documents, records and reports
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, performing basic bookkeeping work
- Book for accommodation

- Prepare invoices reports memos letters other documents
Requisites
- Grade 12/12ªClasse minimum required
- Human relation training/Safety related training
