Aldelia is recruiting an Administration Manager (Camp boss) (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
- Performs maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties
- Employs and supervises staff to operate dining facilities
- Plans menus, prepares food supply orders, and stores food
- Assumes responsibility for checking in and out campgrounds and non- campgrounds and maintenance of records
- Inspect all facilities
- Performs related work as required
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards
- Work with other departments to incorporate Admin and camp management with company procedures and operations
Requisites
- Must have High School or studied at a university or for 8+ years of camp management
- Mining background
- Communication skills
- Computer literacy skills

- Strategic planning skills
- Excellent English and Portuguese written and verbal communication
