PRI is recruiting a Administrative Assistant and Accounts Clerk, to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals
- Performed under general supervision, with some independence
- Performs full clerical, administrative and general office duties (typing, record and file maintenance, document creation and telephone reception)
- Performs basic manual or compute related accounting tasks
- Work organization is required to meet deadlines
- Verifies calculations checks or allocates codes or obtains information for incorrect or incomplete documents
- Scan statements, ledgers and accounts to identify unusual/overdue items and select the correct procedure for action
- Prepare and/or verifies computer input where information is coded for computer processing
Requisites
- Mozambican female
- Speaks Portuguese fluently and English
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs for (Word, Excel, Processing, databases, spreadsheets, bookkeeping, E-mail, Internet)
- High degree is not mandatory
