DAI is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for Portfolio Managers (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- The Administrative Assistant for Portfolio Managers is responsible for smooth administrative operations of a project office
- Responsibilities include communications management; information management; translation support; meeting, travel, and schedule management; conference and workshop coordinator; and general office support
Requisites
- Successful candidates will demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3 of progressively responsible administrative experience
- Experience with USAID human resources, procurement policy, or logistics preferred
- Ability to apply laws, regulations and instructions and interpret DAI and USAID policy
- Ability to perform high-level duties with a minimum of supervision
- An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and appropriate professional image
- An extremely well organized and self-directed individual with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
- Fluency in English is required
