Area Manager

Heading is recruiting a Area Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• The Area Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the business centre under their control This involves delivering service to customers on a daily basis as well as managing the centre and its performance This is achieved through effective business planning, developing your people and growing new and existing customers To be successful, excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills are required The AM must continuously improve performance, identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges

Requisites

• Degree in Management or other relevant areas
• Over 7 years of experience in similar positions
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales – B2B
• Experience in Teams Management
• Costumer Service Experience
• Strong Knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Eloquence in English and Portuguese
