Branch Manager (m/f)

Duties

• Implement controls and monitor activities
• Lead, train and support and help manage your team members
• Manage conflicts and incidents
• Ensure quality of service at reception and follow customer complaints
• Promote the development of the client portfolio
• Ensure that business objectives are met
• Maintain relations with individual clients, executives, expatriates, SMEs, associations, NGOs and embassies/consulates
• Ensure that the different distribution channels (ATM, POS and Internet) are properly promoted
• Take responsibility for the risk management of the branches, with the support of the Department of Risk
• Ensure that safety rules for persons, property and operations are implemented
• Manage the counter with the Sub Manager and ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with the procedures and standards

Requisites

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking
• Be familiar with the bank products and services for private customers, which include: Daily banking; Home banking; Saving and investments; Insurance; Personal and professional loans
• Know the financial terms of the bank account (how it operates, assets, etc.) as well as the legal and tax conditions (real estate income, income transactions, reading the statement of accounts, ratios, etc.)
• Know how to implement sales, trade and market research techniques
