Workforce Group is recruiting a Business Sales Consultant (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Build and develop relationships with Private Companies, Large Corporations and Government Departments in all industry sectors
- Identify customers, set up appointments and visit their offices as and when required
- Communicate all client queries/incidents to the Country Manager
- Ensure the client’s credit control is monitored
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying opportunities at appropriate existing and new customers
- Follow up on all visits/quotes to clients
- Provide daily and weekly feedback reports to the Country Manager on activities that have transpired in the field
- Obtain competitor information
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients and staff
- Manage new business brought into the Company
- Ensure that clients remain active with the Company
- Advise on the contracted staff pay rates and charge rates
- Weekly and monthly reporting on sales and targets.
- Ensure that all staff and client policies and procedures are adhered to
- Support the monitoring of staff performance by ongoing assessments and evaluations
- Source new business opportunities
- Review and implement the sales strategy plans
- Generate new sales opportunities by identifying opportunities appropriate to clients
- Monitor, follow up and action tender requests
Requisites
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/diploma)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience within a sales or business development environment
- Sales experience in the recruitment, outsourcing and training industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Established customer relationships
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Relationship building skills

- Highly organized with strong presentation skills
