Heading is recruiting for its client an Oil and Gas company, a Business Support Advisor (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Assist in preparing and issuing monthly management reports describing company performances in order to deliver such information to Shareholders
- Coordinate and run weekly management meetings including setting up the agenda
- Liaise and coordinate with Management Team of the company to support business objectives
- Seek to continuously improve the way to interact and liaise between departments
- Assist in the management of relevant company service agreements
- Review and verify the revision of company policies
- Assist the business analysis for the preparations of plans, budgets and forecasts and then to support the relevant controls of business initiatives
- Coordinate with other departments in the preparation of responses to internal/external correspondences and reports as necessary
- Assist in specific tasks allocated to the Business Support Manager
Requisites
- Bachelor´s Degree in relevant field
- At least 3 years´ working experience in a similar position
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry/high complexity projects are preferred
- Ability to produce concise and accurate reports and Good presentation skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office programs
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages (verbal and written)
