PRI is recruiting a Camp Manager, to be based in Palma.
Duties
- Have a minimum of five year experience in Facilities Management
- Have depth knowledge of management best practices
- Able to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Oversees that the financial and human resources books and records in kept in good order
- Help to setup a Health & Safety Plan and monitor that the Health & Safety Plan is strictly followed
- Help to setup a Maintenance Plan and monitor that the Maintenance Plan is strictly followed
- Submit the weekly and monthly reports on time
Requisites
- Be a person with a determined personality who is driven by a desire to be part of a team whose aim is to create a world class operation
- Management experience in Mozambique in particular, or southern or eastern Africa in general preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English is required; good Portuguese level is a plus
- Prepared to travel frequently throughout Mozambique
