Project HOPE is recruiting a Capacity Building Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Develop and deliver training focused on building capacity
- Develop performance indicators for key project activities
- Provide technical support for the improvement of M&E tools and systems
- Implement and manage projects and sub-projects
- Contribute towards research and development of new and innovative mechanisms of managing and reporting health required metrics in support of the project
Requisites
- Degree in relevant area; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years’ experience in capacity building and community outreach
- Experience working in malaria and public health programming
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
- Previous experience with USAID a plus
