Duties

• High knowledge in insurance sales
• Consolidate the company's position in the market and the relationship with customers
• Market insurance and provide personalized follow-up to all customer queries, doubts, and requests for information
• Achieve defined financial projections of volume growth
• Ensure effective insurance follow-up and after-sales assistance
• Prepare and launch a customized presentation to potential customers according to identified needs
• Periodically review results of business activities and actual costs
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships
• Recommend customer relationship management strategies to ensure customer retention
• Collaborate in the definition of insurance prices, conditions, and profitability

Requisites

• At least 2 years of insurance sales experience
• Ability to develop and manage a portfolio of clients
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to sell insurance
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Fluent in English
• Dynamic, resilient, proactive, organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to persuade and influence
