PHCC is recruiting a Commercial Executive (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Identify and prospect potential customers to develop new businesses in order to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction. Analyze competition and market trends and conditions for accepting products and / or services. Plan sales strategies and map opportunities to achieve the company's goals and objectives
- Builds relationships with potential customers
- Strengthens ties and build customer loyalty
- Identify opportunities in the market (and even new markets)
- Generates leads, understand and monitor the market
- Develop the business
- Market expansion, to detect existing problems that are impeding the company's growth and to close deals
- Market analysis and monitoring
- Opportunities mapping
- Meetings with customers, presentation of solutions and, mainly, negotiation and closing deals
- Prospecting (analysis and approach of prospects)
- Support the sales team
- Understands the client's goals and how the product/service offered by the company can help him
- Holds internal and external meetings
- Generates market information for analysis, introduces the company to the market, creates commercial proposals, performs follow-up and after-sales service
- Manage, execute and update CRM tools, visit fairs and clients in the sector, hold meetings
Requisites
- Complete degree preferably in the area of Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related areas
- At least four (4) years of professional experience in Commercial area
- Knowledge in Web Analytics, Inbound Marketing, digital marketing, offline and events, knowledge of digital solutions
