Aldelia is recruiting a Commercial Governance Coordinator (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Interfaces with partners on resolutions and company actions, coordinates with partners to protect company interests
- Coordinate and interface with company functions, including Development, Projects, and functional support to leverage company expertise and influencing strategy
- Ensure OBO management coordination and stewardship of particular areas including direct staff as applicable – develop governance support processes and organization
- Manage documentation and administration of resolutions and engagements.
- Coordinates and synthesizes company responses to resolutions and company actions, working between functions to provide feedback and an engagement strategy for Development and JI teams
- Ensures timely and appropriate responses to partners
- Develops Area 4 Co Venture as well as Mozambique Government engagement strategies and plans, understanding areas of alignment and misalignment, develops talking points and key messages, ensuring alignment between functions
- Tracking and oversight of all external corporate governance actions for company operated entity
- This position will enhance existing and develop new corporate governance processes as necessary
- Extensive interactions with senior management and support functions are required
- Support Area 4 Joint Interest team as necessary in partner and gov’t engagements, providing local expertise
- Support Area 4 communications and partner engagement strategies, including development of OCM/TCM presentations and material
Requisites
- Highly fluent in English a requirement
- This would usually be developed through a number of assignments in engineering, operations, projects, planning, venture management, and commercial areas
- Such assignments and experience would have included significant international exposure
