Itec Solutions Moçambique is recruiting a Commercial Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Description
- We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, ethical and experienced manager to develop a High Performance team and grow the business. CM will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) who is in country and who will not be operationally involved in the business after a hand over period
- There is an existing team of 9 employees which includes a service department, Administration, Finance, Customer Service and resource planning
Duties
- The commercial manager will be responsible for growing, planning, directing and overseeing the operations, systems, procedures, policies and financial health of the business whilst encourage the optimum performance of Itec’s people and resources
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business or business administration
- Minimum of three year’s experience leading the team of a commercial organization
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
