Tecno Mobile is recruiting a Country Manager Assistant (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Monitor supplies and inventory to make sure they’re used properly and efficiently and that we adhere to the store budget
- Assign duties to crew members and create work schedules
- Interview and hire new employees
- Direct administrative activities
- Look over financial statements, sales reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Engage in educational opportunities in order to remain up-to-date on the latest industry techniques, tools and trends
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees
- Preparing reports for the Country manager
- Preparing and presenting employee reviews
- Working closely with the store manager to lead staff
- Overseeing retail inventory
- Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
- Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
Requisites
- Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent education level
- Stable work history
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required
- Be a team player
- Experience as an assistant manager
