Duties
- Driving turnover
- Controlling expenses
- Controlling stock losses
- Managing and motivating staff
- Training staff
- Managing merchandise
- Handling of IR issues
Requisites
- Proven management experience
- Good leadership skills
- A good understanding of retail business
- Excellent communication skills
- Trader mentality (business acumen and turnover driven)
- Good numerical skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- A valid driver’s license
- A business or retail related degree will be advantageous
