Engineer – Test Package Control (m/f)

Duties

• Prepare test package according to test block provided by Client
• Review of all piping test packages
• Assigning Test Pack numbering
• Confirm test medium is correct according to the line list and flushing method is correct
• Confirm design pressure and test pressure is correct according to line list and within the allowable pressure for the pipe specification
• Confirm filling points, venting points, and drains are acceptable
• Confirm test boundaries are reasonable - evaluate exclusion zones
• Confirm valves, instruments, etc. that need to be removed are identified
• Confirm pressure gauge and relief valve locations
• Confirm boundary limits of blowing packages are achievable
• Submit the test package for Client review and approval
• Follow up with Client on test package approval
• Update the test package status, etc.

Requisites

• Degree in Engineering Field
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Test Package
• MS Office
• English required
