Field Engineer

Heading Moçambique is searching for a Field Engineer, to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.

Duties

• Responsible for the definition and implementation of minor design changes onsite, according to project specification and standard, with a proper feedback to engineering team
• This includes, defining and implementing those changes with particular reference to piping erection activities, verifying that such changes are captured by As Built documentation and guaranteeing proper exchange of technical information between Engineering Team and Site Organization Structure

Requisites

• Preferred engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a technical diploma in Mechanic
• Offshore Survival Course and Welding Engineering and NDT basic course
• 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry as piping designer and 2 years of field engineering experience
• Knowledge of QA/QC Construction Management Systems
• Intermediate knowledge of English
