CA Global is recruiting a Finance Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Providing Financial information, management accounts
- Analysing the profitability of the organization
- Ensuring strong financial controls and procedures are in place
- Analysing monthly management accounts
- Managing year end audits
- Preparing annual budgets
- Managing tax reporting and compliance
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks
- Managing the local Insurance
- Aligning and supplying information for the Group Insurance
- Managing of legal contracts – rentals / photocopiers / Double Taxation Agreements /
- Intercompany Contracts
- Managing the day to day financial functions & finance team for the country
- Managing the HR controller
- Managing all Staff contracts
- Managing monthly payroll
- Managing Ex-pat contracts and work permits
- Managing Staff disputes
- Managing disciplinary processes
- Managing Company policies & procedures – Code of conduct & ethics, Confidentiality
- Managing the payroll
- Managing staff loans / advances
- Managing staff benefits such as fuel allowances, meals and medical
- Review of Tenders – contracts and pricing
- Part of presentation team
- Assist with legal alignment on all tenders with company lawyers
- Information Technology
- Assist with onsite assistance
- Arrange necessary 3rd party service providers when required
- Control IT equipment – purchase and disposal
Requisites
- Open to Mozambican nationals only
- Relevant qualifications/diplomas in Bachelor’s degree and accounting qualification
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- 5 -8 years’ experience
- Financial management and accounting
