Financial Analyst (m/f)

Duties

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and excel dashboards
• Manage client invoice database per company
• Make bank account reconciliations
• Develop other tasks within the financial area

Requisites

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• 3 to 5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
• Experience in supervising or coordinating teams
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Primavera
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
