Financial Compliance Officer

Heading is recruiting a Financial Compliance Officer, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Managing Group compliance reporting by overseeing the completion of the report, closing out of open issues and testing the processes that have been implemented to ensure that they are robust enough to be long term
• Monitoring all internal and external audits
• Ensure that all issues raised by internal auditors have been timely and correctly resolved
• Building staff capabilities across the country to ensure appropriate structures are in place to enable effective flow of processes
• Monitoring of cycles to ensure constant improvement and adaptation of the internal control processes across Mozambique by staffs
• Help to drive the procurement and finance KPI’s

Requisites

• University degree, preferably post-graduate
• Minimum of 5 years working experience with relevant auditing experience
• Advanced computer literacy
• Proficient user of SAP
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written
